I had a mixed experience during my stay at Ansa Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, allowing easy access to shopping and dining. However, my initial room had cleanliness issues, which led to some distress. Although the staff eventually accommodated my request for a different room, the comment I received regarding the situation was upsetting.

The first room I was given had dirty bed sheets and ants on the headboard, which took multiple reports to address. Although my second room was much better, the lack of a door in the bathroom layout was a bit awkward.
